I’m Dr. Abhimanyu Rampal – Expert Counselor, Life Coach, Motivational Speaker in Chandigarh.
I help people physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally recover from various diseases, ailments and mental health issues. I was addicted to drugs for a long period of time and suffered a traumatic childhood as well as a toxic relationship but when I decided I wanted to change my life and took the necessary steps and counseling, I was able to amend every aspect of my life for the better. I later found I had a skill to help people facing similar issues as myself, be it depression, addiction, anxiety, marital troubles or any other mental health issues. My passion is to help people recover from whatever problem they are facing and I believe everyone can change their life for the best if they choose to improve and take action.
